At Grubi, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with a paid feature or subscription, you may request a refund within 30 days of your order date.

1. Refund eligibility

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans and featured-deal purchases. Refund requests made within 30 days of the original transaction will generally be approved, provided there is no evidence of misuse or fraud.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. To request a refund, you can:

  • Visit paddle.net and use their refund request flow.
  • Contact our support team with your order details and we will forward the request to Paddle on your behalf.

3. Refund method

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times vary depending on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that are made after the 30-day window, or where there is evidence of abuse of the refund policy, chargeback fraud, or breach of our Terms & Conditions.

5. Subscription cancellations

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically trigger a refund for prior charges unless the refund criteria above are met.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.
